Sue Arthur is owner of Maricee Fashions, a womens clothing store located in the heart of downtown Port Townsend. Maricee is the name of a rare rhododendron. She has been in business for 27 years and her "right hand woman", Jean Schoessler, has been with her the entire 27 years. They select all the clothing for the store and pride themselves on having a fabulous collection of unique clothing, primarily made in the U.S.A. and Canada. Sue is a very active member/volunteer of PT Main Street Program, Kiwanis Club, and Daughters of Norway. Sue and her husband, Julian, have lived in PT for 35+ years, raised their two daughters, Jaime and Kristi, and a big highlight of their life in Port Townsend was in 1981 when they appeared as extras in the movie "An Officer and a Gentleman" (see if you can spot them).
