Celebrating 32 Years! Julie and David McCulloch started the Elevated Ice Cream Co. as street vendors in an antique Victorian elevator cage in 1977, hence the name Elevated Ice Cream Co., and the motto "Lift Your Spirits!" We make all of our own ice cream and Italian ices on the premises. Our ice cream is a combination of classic tradition paired with new and exciting flavor opportunities. Our flavors emphasize our access to wonderful local ingredients ("Sequim Strawberry" and "Local Raspberry" ice creams) and our interest in flavors of the world ("Cardamom" ice cream). Julie and David are active in the community, enjoy bicycling on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, and especially enjoy the privilege of being in business in the extra-ordinary town of Port Townsend.
